Sarina beach is the most populated beach in the area and has ample facilities including a Surf Lifesaving Club, boat ramp, beachfront store, picnic area, and a lookout offering spectacular views. The beach is patrolled seasonally by the local Life Saving Club. Fishing and boating are very popular at Sarina Beach as well.
